Find out where you appear in AI shortlists. Fix the page evidence you can control.

Prospects can reach a first call already knowing which vendors they are considering, after asking AI. The 90-Day AI Shortlist Accelerator measures 20 buyer questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode, ranks what to work on first, delivers the priority page work for your approval, and measures the same questions again.

20 buyer questions · ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode · four measurements · one system your team owns

How the work stays checkable

You approve the questions. We measure the same set four times. You keep the evidence.

The benchmark is built from 20 buyer questions you approve before work starts. We run that same set in the buyer-facing versions of ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode at the start and again at day 30, 60, and 90, under a documented protocol. The set does not change while the work is underway, so every rerun is comparable to the starting measurement.

You keep the evidence, the process, and the instructions to run it again without us.

The problem

Your search performance can look healthy while AI builds a different shortlist.

You may have watched it happen. A prospect arrives already knowing which vendors they are considering, and you have no idea how that list was made, or why you were or were not on it.

Your rankings can look fine. Your content can be solid. Your messaging can be clear. And when a buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Mode which vendors to consider, you can still be missing from the answer.

That absence may not appear in your analytics, in your agency's report, or in any dashboard you already use. Unless you measure the buyer's questions directly, the gap can stay invisible.

Without a stable baseline, your team can spend months creating more material without knowing which buyer questions reveal a meaningful gap, which pages deserve the work, or whether anything changed afterward.

A real measurement example

One real buyer question · ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode · Shared with permission by TheAIAudit

Same buyer question. Three different shortlists.

Credo AI alternatives for teams that need to measure whether AI is paying off

TheAIAudit supplied this question and permitted the example. It did not appear in any of the three answers, each engine framed the choice differently, and each displayed a different set of sources. That is why a screenshot is not a baseline.

What this example shows:

The same buyer question produced materially different shortlists, and TheAIAudit was absent from all three answers.

What it cannot tell you:

Why the engines produced those answers, TheAIAudit's complete AI visibility, or whether a specific change will move a later answer.

TheAIAudit was not a client. This shows how the measurement works, not a client result.

What you actually get in the 90 days

Measure first. Decide where to act. Do the work. Ask again.

First, you find out where you stand.

We take 20 questions your buyers ask when they compare vendors. You approve every question before work starts. We run them in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode under a documented protocol, and record four things for each one: whether you appear, who appears when you do not, whether your positioning is accurate, and which sources appear alongside the answer.

That gives you a starting count you can check question by question, with the captured answers behind it.

Second, I tell you where to start. This is the part you are really buying.

The benchmark can surface more work than 90 days can hold, and spreading the effort evenly across everything moves nothing.

I rank which product area to focus on first, which pages deserve the included work, in what order, and the evidence behind each call. I review that priority map with you before page work begins.

Third, we do the work. You do not get a list of recommendations.

We upgrade up to eight existing pages buyers use to decide, and build up to four comparison or alternatives pages justified by the benchmark. Supporting FAQs, schema, and internal links are improved where they support included pages.

The finished page work is delivered for your approval. Your team publishes it.

Fourth, we ask the same 20 questions again at day 30, 60, and 90.

The same buyer-facing engines, under the same documented protocol. You see what moved, what did not, which questions the page work targeted, and which it did not.

Fifth, you keep the whole system.

At handoff you receive the complete Measurement Kit and the one-page twelve-month roadmap. Your team can run the same measurement again without us. You should not have to hire anybody to check your own visibility.

This is not a report-only engagement, a dashboard subscription, or a content quota. It includes the benchmark, the ranked decision, the page work, the reruns, and the handoff.

Included scope

What the $9,000 includes

Run the arithmetic with your own deal value. Would one additional shortlist inclusion that converts be worth more than $9,000 to you?

I cannot promise that an AI engine will recommend you, or that a specific answer will change. Nobody controls that. So test the price against the worst case: 90 days pass and not one answer changes.

You still have the priority page work the benchmark justified inside the included scope, delivered for your approval. Four comparable measurements. A checkable view of where you stand and what to do next. And the complete Measurement Kit your team can run without us.

That is the floor. That is what $9,000 buys. Anything that moves on top of it is upside.

Measure and diagnose

  • 20 approved buyer questions
  • 60 recorded observations at the starting line
  • Diagnosis across absence, competitor presence, positioning accuracy, and which sources appear alongside the answers
  • One ranked priority map showing which product area to focus on first, which pages deserve the included work, in what order, and the evidence behind each call

Do the work on your site

  • Targeted passage upgrades on up to eight existing pages buyers use to decide
  • Up to four new comparison or alternatives pages justified by the benchmark
  • Improve an existing authoritative page, or create one, when the diagnosis shows that important facts about you are fragmented, contradictory, or stale
  • Supporting FAQs, schema, and internal links on pages already included in the work

Correct outside errors we can verify

When an AI answer makes a potentially false statement about your company and cites an outside page, we inspect that page. If the page itself contains a narrow, verifiable error, we verify the facts against documentation you approve and request a correction. The publisher controls the edit.

Measure and hand over

  • Reruns at day 30, 60, and 90
  • Reporting on movement and non-movement
  • The complete Measurement Kit and a one-page twelve-month roadmap
  • One revision round per deliverable

If the benchmark does not justify the maximum in one page category, equivalent capacity moves to the highest-priority included page work. We do not manufacture pages to hit a quota.

When the main obstacle is outside your website

Some of what shapes an AI answer is not on your site at all.

The benchmark may show that the main obstacle is what credible outside sources say, or fail to say, about your company. Outreach to get your company included, earned or paid placements, original research, review generation, and active Reddit participation are not included in the $9,000.

If that work is indicated, you receive the evidence and a brief showing which outside sources matter and why. You decide whether to engage a specialist directly. Grow Predictably does not add a fee to the specialist's work.

Guarantee

The work is guaranteed. The measurement system is yours.

Grow Predictably guarantees the approved benchmark, the included implementation, four comparable measurements under the recorded protocol, transparent reporting, and the complete handoff.

If an included deliverable is not completed for reasons within our control, we finish it at no additional fee.

We do not guarantee that an AI engine will recommend your company, that a specific answer will change, or that an outside publisher will make an edit. Client approval and publishing delays, platform outages, AI-engine behavior, and publisher decisions remain outside the guarantee.

This is the founding cohort, so the Accelerator does not yet have a completed client outcome to show.

I lead AI-search optimization for a B2B SaaS marketing team in my in-house role. On a site I operate, I found that AI crawlers could not see the page evidence Google could.

My supporting credentials include certifications in Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT and in A/B Testing from Optimizely, six years as a DigitalMarketer Certified Partner, an MS in Marketing from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Day 90

At day 90, you decide what happens next.

One fixed price for 90 days. Nothing renews on its own, and there is nothing to cancel.

The diagnosis may surface more work than 90 days can hold. Your day-90 roadmap records the remaining opportunities in priority order, including what did not fit and why.

If you want additional work, any next engagement is a separate decision that starts from the day-90 evidence. If you would rather rerun the benchmark yourself, you have what you need.

You are not committing to an open-ended monthly arrangement before you have evidence that continuing is worthwhile.

Fit

Built for a buyer who can approve the work and get it published.

This is for a B2B SaaS founder, CEO, or marketing leader with direct budget authority, roughly 20 to 150 employees, and a category where buyers actively compare vendors.

The two questions that matter most:

  • Can you approve a $9,000 engagement without procurement?
  • If we hand you a finished page, who publishes it and how long does that normally take?

Someone on your team has to be able to approve deliverables within five business days and publish approved pages within ten business days. This is not bureaucracy. If either window slips, the later measurements may not test the live page work, and a flat day-90 result may reflect the delay rather than the work.

If buyers in your category do not meaningfully compare vendors, there is no shortlist to compete for. I will tell you that on the call rather than take your money.

This is not for you if

  • You need a guarantee that an AI engine will recommend your company.
  • Nobody on your team can approve and publish page changes.
  • You want a content-volume campaign.
  • Your category has no meaningful vendor comparison.
  • You need the $9,000 engagement itself to include outreach to get your company included, earned coverage, or paid placement on third-party sites.

Questions

Questions before you book

We already have an SEO agency. Does this replace them?

No. The Accelerator can work alongside an SEO partner. It focuses on a buyer-approved set of questions that stays the same, the pages connected to observed gaps, and repeated measurement in the same places your buyers look. It does not replace a full SEO program.

What if I am not sure which question to bring?

Start with the language buyers already use on your sales calls. Or start with a comparison, such as "best analytics tools for mid-market SaaS", "alternatives to our biggest competitor for enterprise buyers", or "which vendors handle SOC 2 compliance". Bring the closest version from your own market. You and I refine one together during the session.

What if the main problem is outside my website?

You receive the evidence and a brief showing which outside sources matter and why. Outreach to get your company included, and placement work, are separate services provided by a specialist you contract directly. That limit is disclosed before you buy, not after the benchmark.

Who does the work?

I lead the diagnosis, priorities, and review. A small execution team supports evidence collection and production inside the approved method and scope.

Final call to action

Start with one question, not a sales deck.

Bring two or three rough questions your buyers ask when comparing vendors. They do not need to be polished. You and I choose one together, refine it, and examine it across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode while you watch.

You keep a one-page snapshot. One question can reveal a signal, but it cannot diagnose your market or rule out a wider problem. If the walkthrough or fit conversation shows the engagement is unlikely to produce enough useful work inside its scope, I will tell you before you buy.
