Grow Predictably

$1,500. Up to 20 questions, four AI tools. A 90-minute working session with Brian.

Why are your prospects building shortlists without you in the room?

Your buyers reach first sales calls already knowing which software vendors they are considering. They asked ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google AI Mode, and the AI recommended a set of names.

The AI Search Assessment diagnoses what those tools say about your product. We curate up to 20 decision-stage questions grounded in your market, run them across all four tools, and deliver your full report card before your 90-minute working session. Then we use that session to work out what it means, culminating in a complete written game plan three business days later.

We use this call to understand your situation and decide whether the $1,500 assessment is the right next step. If we are not a fit, I tell you on the call, no invoice is sent, and you owe nothing.

Why does most AI search advice feel like old SEO repackaged?

SEO platforms have started shipping visibility scores. The acronyms often arrive attached to someone selling what looks a lot like the SEO you already bought. Prices are all over the place and the explanations do not connect.

If your read is that most of this is old agency work in a new wrapper, you are not being cynical. You are paying attention.

So before I tell you why this assessment is worth $1,500, here is what you get to inspect.

What do you actually get to inspect and verify?

You approve the questions before anything runs.We do not hand you generic prompts or vanity keywords. We take your intake, stress-test it against live search patterns in your category, and isolate the questions that target actual buying decisions. You receive the full set with the strategic reason for every question included. You cut, change, or push back. If we cannot get to a set you believe in, I refund your $1,500 in full.

You see the exact answers, not a summary score.ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, named, with the raw output preserved behind every row.

There is no composite score.Up to 20 questions, four tools, a line-by-line result you can check yourself. A number you cannot open is a number you have to take on faith, and faith is what you are trying to get away from.

You keep the instrument, and you learn to run it.I use the last 30 minutes of your working session to teach your team to run these checks again next quarter and read what comes back.

Here is the test I put to anyone selling in this category, me included. Ask whether their number tells you how often you appear, or whether you appear where your buyer decides. If they cannot show you the exact questions behind it, you have your answer.

Why does clean SEO and solid coverage still leave you out of AI answers?

This is the part that catches good teams. You rank on Google. Your metadata is clean. Nothing is broken. And when a buyer asks an AI tool who to consider, another name comes back.

Most of what you track starts counting after a buyer already knows you exist. This check reveals what happens before that, at stage zero of the buying decision.

How are your buyer questions built and pressure-tested?

On day one you know your buyers better than I do. Once confirmed, you complete the Buyer Question Builder to capture what you already know: who buys, what triggers their search, what vendors you get compared against, and the questions prospects ask on sales calls.

That is where our work begins. We do not just run what you give us, and we do not pull broad keyword lists that inflate visibility scores. We pressure-test your intake against live query patterns in your category, separate idle curiosity from actual software buying decisions, and engineer a customized benchmark. We build the strongest set your market supports, up to 20. We do not pad it to hit a number.

Every proposed question comes with a clear strategic rationale explaining why it belongs in your set, alongside the disposition of any question you submitted. You review, challenge, or swap them before a single check runs.

Is this just an AI search check, or does it diagnose the root cause?

More than one issue can leave you out of an answer, and they require completely different fixes. Your product pages may describe features while your buyers describe problems. Your pages may be fine while the third-party sources AI tools cite do not mention you. What is out there about you may be wrong. Or your category may not have a shortlist worth winning.

I do not know which bottleneck is blocking you before I look, and anyone who says they do is guessing. That is why this is a multi-question diagnostic and not a single search lookup.

What happens during your working session, and what does the written plan deliver?

Your report card lands in your hands before your working session begins, so the session is not a big reveal. It is 90 minutes working out what the evidence means and what to do about it.

The first 60 minutes: where you are missing, who keeps taking your spot, and where what you told me about your buyer differs from what the engines return. We finish agreed on what needs fixing and who owns it.

The last 30 minutes: training. I teach your team to run this check without me, how to ask questions the way a buyer would, and how to tell an isolated miss from a structural pattern.

Three business days later, you receive your written plan. This is a complete, prioritized game plan detailing the exact content, positioning, and source updates needed to fix your inclusion gaps. You can hand it to your internal team, execute it with your agency, or bring it to us if you want our help building it out.

Can you test this methodology yourself before you decide?

Pick one question a buyer asks when they are choosing software. Run it in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode today.

One question will not tell you where your whole category stands, and anyone who says it will is trying to sell you something. It will show you what these tools return for one live buyer question. That is the simplest look you can take, and you can take it without me.

What guarantees and risk protections do you offer?

The fit call is free. If it is not a fit, I tell you on the call, no invoice is sent, and you owe nothing.

If we cannot agree on a question set you believe in during pre-work, I refund your $1,500 in full.

What I will not promise is what an AI tool says tomorrow. Nobody controls engine updates, including me.

Who should and should not buy this assessment?

This is for you if you lead a B2B SaaS company or its marketing and want an honest diagnostic of why buyers and AI engines select your competitors.

It is not for you if you need a guarantee about tomorrow's answer, want a high-volume content campaign, or sell to a category where buyers never compare vendors before choosing. And you do not need an internal dev team or publishing pipeline ready today to buy this assessment; the entire purpose of the plan is to show you what needs to be built so you can decide how to execute it.

What proof exists if you do not show fake client case studies?

I am not going to show you someone else's results and let you assume they are yours.

If you want a redacted report from a previous client of this exact assessment, I do not have one and I am not going to manufacture one. You would be early. What I can give you is a process you can inspect line by line and a diagnostic check you can run yourself. That is transparency, not proof, and I am not going to dress it up as proof.

Years ago, at a Fortune 500 US airline doing multi-billion dollars in annual online revenue, I led a major website optimization that lifted search traffic 15.3 percent. I also ran an A/B test that increased revenue per visitor 14.1 percent, statistically significant on both conversion rate and revenue per visitor.

In that testing program, revenue per visitor was the guardrail, and it rarely reached statistical significance in either direction. Winning on both is the rare part, and it was the biggest single-test win the team had ever seen.

Different job, different company, and not a promise about yours.

Questions before you book the fit call

What happens on the fit call?

It runs 30 minutes. We talk about who your buyers are, what they compare you against, and what you are actually trying to find out. It decides whether the assessment is the right next step. It is not the assessment itself and it is not a free diagnosis of your AI search visibility. If it is a fit, you get an invoice afterward.

What do I need to have ready?

For the fit call, nothing but your website and the product you have in mind. If we go ahead, you need one product, up to three pages your buyers use to compare you, and the Buyer Question Builder, which reaches you once the assessment is confirmed. Sales records are welcome and not required. All of it needs to be back with us at least 7 business days before your working session.

What happens to the questions I send you?

You can send up to 20 of your own questions. Every one comes back kept, rewritten, merged, or left out with a line saying why. Sending a question does not automatically put it in the set. What gets cut is anything that does not help test who a buyer might consider.

How is this different from a visibility score?

A score hands you a number without showing what produced it. You cannot see which questions were asked or who chose them. This is a question set you approved, with the raw answer behind every row.

What if I do not like the proposed set?

Tell me what is wrong and we rewrite the set once. Nothing gets checked until you approve it. Using that revision releases your working session time, and we book the next available slot once you approve the revised set. If the second set is still wrong, I read your market wrong, and I refund your $1,500 rather than run a check neither of us trusts.

Can I just run the questions myself?

You can, and you should run one before you decide. What you are paying for is not the typing. It is knowing which questions are worth asking, understanding the root cause behind the misses, and getting a clear plan to fix them.

The terms, in plain words

Booking through this page schedules a free 30-minute fit call. It does not book or purchase the AI Search Assessment. We review your booking answers before that call. Fit is decided on the call. If it is not a fit, no invoice is sent and nothing is owed. If it is a fit and you want to go ahead, you receive an invoice for $1,500, and the assessment is confirmed when the invoice is paid. The Buyer Question Builder is sent as soon as the assessment is confirmed, along with a link to book your 90-minute working session. Pre-work begins after confirmation, and from that point the fee is nonrefundable, with one exception: the question-approval refund described below. Payment, required materials, and your completed Buyer Question Builder must be received at least 7 business days before your working session. Required materials are the one product and up to three pages your buyers use to compare you. Sales records are optional. We send you the proposed question set within one business day of receiving payment, required materials and your completed Builder, each question with the reason it was chosen and the disposition of each of the up to 20 questions you submitted. You have two business days to approve the set or return one consolidated revision request. If you approve the first set, your working session time holds, and a delay on our side does not move it. If you ask for the revision, your working session time is released. We return the revised set within one business day. You have two business days to approve or decline it; there is no second revision. If you approve it, we book the next available working session. If you decline it, the assessment ends and the $1,500 is refunded in full. If you do not respond by that deadline, the assessment ends and the fee is not refunded. We begin the check only after approval, and your report card is delivered at least one business day before your working session. If you miss one of your own deadlines, we may move the session. One reschedule of the working session is included when requested at least 48 hours beforehand. A missed working session, or a change requested inside 48 hours, releases that session time. The assessment fee is not refunded. Any replacement session must be agreed separately. The free fit call can be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost at any time before it begins. Your plan will be delivered within three business days after the working session. Factual corrections submitted within 7 calendar days are included. Strategy revisions and additional analysis are not included. If I recommend a different engagement, that has its own terms and nothing here applies to it.

Start with your questions.

Book the fit call. We will work out whether this is right for you, and if it is, we will determine which buyer questions are worth testing, you will approve every one, and in 90 minutes we will decide what to address first.
